DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-04

Trazia is operated by ZHAO, XU (赵旭) ("Trazia", "we"). We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. Trazia generates original coloring pages from text prompts and lets users turn their own photos into line art, so content is user-directed. If you believe material available through Trazia infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it using the process below. Notices: nolan.dev@hotmail.com.

Reporting a copyright infringement

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send a written notice to nolan.dev@hotmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it.

4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Where to send your notice

Send notices to our designated contact at nolan.dev@hotmail.com. Please include all of the elements above so we can act on your request without delay.

What happens next

When we receive a complete, good-faith notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who provided it.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to nolan.dev@hotmail.com that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of a court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Trazia may be found) and agreement to accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is valid before sending a notice.

AI-generated and user-uploaded content

Coloring pages on Trazia are generated from text prompts or created from images a user chooses to upload. We do not intentionally reproduce copyrighted characters or artwork. If a generated or uploaded image nonetheless infringes your rights, the process above applies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is dated 2026-07-04.
